skate.points from the loyalty program not received

I also ran into the same issue with not receiving skate.Points when purchasing the 13,200 SVB bundle. Not sure if you have identified the root cause and are able to fix it for all affected, but I figured I might as well post since you managed to help OP.

    Any updates, EA_Kent? Will the fix be rolled out for everyone affected or do I need to create a new ticket? Please let me know if I can supply any information to help resolve the issue.
