I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

game plays in slow motion (about 50% speed) at any graphics settings. my PC is more than capable of running the game at high fps on high settings so I believe it's a server issue. pretty much unplayable right now
