I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

Also an issue on the Asus ROG Ally handhelds, the game goes into slo-mo above 30FPS and it's especially noticeable during air time.
Not my video but the issue is noticeable from 5:28 to 5:40 for example.
