I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

RX6700XT

AMD Z1 Extreme
16GB Ram
Vram allocated Memory Both 4gb and 6gb of Ram encountering the same Issue! No matter what I change
Resolution makes no diffrence either!
The only „Solution“ is to set the Game to Fullscreen and lock it at 60FPS allthough my Legion go easily hits 90 FPS even more!
allthough it plays better at 60FPS the Game just feels heavy and fliptricks are still somewhat delayed.
this destroys the Games Experience for me and many others who are playing on Handhelds, my Girlfriend got the Asus Rog Ally Z1 Extreme she also has this Issue!
It really doesnt matter where I skate, it comes everytime, the only thing where it does get better is in Missions for example! Solo and Coop runs better than in the Open Lobby.
