This bug was submitted several times before, but the old posts were closed with no comment. The latest patch mitigated it slightly but did not completely solve the problem. I believe it is dependent on specific hardware types.
If you're having this problem, I suggest posting your hardware specs, or attaching dxdiag.exe output.
- OS: Windows 11
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
- GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
- RAM: 48 GB
windows 10, latest nvidia drivers, 3060 12gb + ryzen 5 7700 : ran 150+ fps the other day consistently.
looks like it's related to how many people are near. the server seems to be choking
