I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

on the bright side, if you get up REALLY EARLY the game plays like a dream.. 140+ fps, no slow mo.
