I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

seems better lately.. not sure if something changed, or if its just luck..
EDIT: it was luck. i noticed the more people that signed in, adding features, makes it unplayable. drastically increases the input delay, and lowers the frame rate.
then there's no escaping it, totally unplayable when it degrades to this point.
