I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

i get slow motion all the time from starting the game to closing, outside of challenges. first happened when i was in rolling waves park with friends.
OS: windows 11, CPU i5-10300H, GPU RTX2060, 16GB ram. getting 60+ fps basically all the time so its not a hardware problem. playing on steam, eu serversvideo: youtu.be/icfzX5CZN6g
