I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

After few more Days of trying on my Lenovo Legion Go I found the best Solution so far:
setting Display Resolution Ingame in Fullscreen to 800p and also enabling Dynamic Resolution and setting it to 50% so the lowest + enabling FSR and setting to Performance, lets the Game play without any delay.
if I go now into crowded Areas no Issues at all, the Game runs perfect, my Guess is the Framerate has something to do with delta Time.
V sync on and Off seems to make no diffrence here, also Note, if you set the Refresh Rate in Fullscreen to 60 it doesn‘t Cap the FPS, is this intended? Vsync needs to be turned on for the FPS to be capped correctly.
it feels like for the Game to Run at High Framerates smoothly the Device „Needs“ to reach at least 110fps or 100, it feels like 90 or 80 are not enough and then the stuttering starts.
I dont think it has much to do with the servers, it rather feels like a bad optimizing of the Game itself, if it would be better Optimized for Rendering I think this problem wouldn‘t exist.

Hate to break it to you, but I think you're experiencing a different bug than the one in this thread. This thread is for people who are experiencing a low ticrate ("lag") when they are playing the game, and otherwise getting high FPS and all frames are rendering. You seem to be referring to rendering, to which your settings sound normal for most hardware.
HI Orangestar1, Iam pretty sure I have the same bug, In crowded Areas I reach about 100 FPS, still the Gameplay runs in Slow Motion. On my Legion Go the FPS never drop beneath 30fps, or even 60 on Mid Settings, but still I have this Slow Motion bug, especially when Skating where alot of players seem to be.
Allthough turning down the Graphics, seem to have fixed it, it was not a Solution, the only thing to get "past" this bug is by skating where not alot of people are.
I just want to summarize the Problem again maybe a bit more detailled:
1. The Problem seems to appear in Crowded Areas2. My FPS are at about 100 - 90 (never dropping beneath that)
3. The Game runs fine, but the Input Lag increases dramatically, the Skater moves very slowly
4. It get's better when Skating for example at the Community Parks at the Edge of the Map (no issues here)
5. It also gets better when in Challanges, because there are no other Players visible
6. When the Game is capped to 30 FPS this issue does not appear!
7. Changing V Ram Settings makes no diffrence
8. Changing Network Settings does not help either
9. I have no Network Issues, as my Main PC does not experience this bug in any way.
10. It does run better, when my Legion Go is able to go above 100 FPS, thats why I said turning down Render Graphics etc. seem to help abit, but this is not a Solution.
11. In crowded Areas this Bug still appears and will not go away 100%
As Mentioned the "only" workable Solution is to set the FPS to 30fps in order for this bug to disappear, or skating in Areas at the Edge of the Map, or at some Times where there are not many players in the Lobby!
*to compare it, it feels like using an Emulator, allthough you might reach stable FPS the Gameplay runs in Slow Motion.
Im sorry, if I was talking a bit confusing as my Main Language is not english, but I am 100% Sure we are talking about the same Bug mentioned in this post. Have a look at some Gameplay of the Asus Rog Ally or Legion go for example at Youtube, you will see what I mean with "Slow Motion". This is exactly what this Mega Thread is about.
