I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

CPU: i7 6700K
GPU: GTX 1080
For me, this issue seems to occur when the game is bottlenecked by the CPU. When I notice im in slow motion, I check the task manager and find that just between discord and skate., my cpu reaches 100% capacity. Approximately. 60% game, 10% EA Javelin, and 30% discord.
I can fix this for myself by limiting discord to use only 2 CPU cores. This lowers discords CPU usage and brings total usage to about 85%. I can notice the difference in the game immediately without having to relaunch the game.
