tried it again on a different pc and this looks like a high cpu usage problem with the physics engine processing other players. on a better cpu its only slowing down in heavy parts of the map like the p hus
CPU choke seems to be the linking factor among all reports here, but I sure hope the game isn't calculating physics for every single player on the client machine. More likely it's tracking position for players on the map and procedurally defining animations for the players based on networked replay data? A lot of procedural calculations would theoretically cause similar choke.
