I'm getting around 60-80 fps in the game, but eveything looks and feels in slow motion especially my charachter. Game is stuck in 30 fps with low graphics, in that setting I don’t feel no heaviness. ...

3 Months in, no fix yet? Not even noted in Patch Notes as "known Issue" allthough you Guys might just found the Issue.
