I was in the top right area on the strip near the beach when I fell off my board near a tree. When I tried to get up, my character disappeared and I couldn't do anything other than get on and off my board, with no audio of that happening. After I opened and closed the menu, my screen was fullscreen blue. I fast travelled and had the same issue.
