Softlock / progression issue:
My son is stuck during the early tutorial/progression in skate.
The game previously showed the objective “Complete the Grind Course”. He is now able to enter the game, but progression appears to be completely locked.
Current problems:
- Missions are locked in the HUB.
- The map cannot be opened with the touchpad.
- Restarting the game and the PS5 did not solve the issue.
- We also tried changing the accessibility/subtitle settings, but this did not help.
- The PlayStation parental controls have been checked. skate. itself and communication for skate. are both explicitly allowed.
- The PSN account is correctly linked to the EA account.
Could you please check whether this account is affected by the known softlock issue and reset/fix the progression if necessary?
