Stuck after completing any task

For the past week. Any task I complete results in my game becoming stuck in the results screen. It only gives me the option the "Skip All" however, no buttons work, (cannot acces start menu) nothing, just frozen in place. Only thing I can do is Alt + F4 to close the program and relaunch the game (which takes forever). It occurs across all mission types as I have been logging in every few days to see if an update might have fixed it. 

Game is impossible to play in that state.
