I just finished the tutorial and it recently asked me to go to the end of the pier and press triangle on PlayStation. After I pressed the button, it took me to a never ending loading screen which I restarted my PlayStation and reopened the game. Afterwards the tutorial was gone. I can't access the other map, and I can't do anything else which it's leaving me stuck on the pier where I can't teleport.
I’ve been trapped on the tutorial island since tuesday launch.. is there other people who are still trapped on the island? Its getting pretty frustrating and it doesn’t help when you see all of your friends seshing in the SV downtown

I have the same problem. I went into the purple circle, then I had a black screen for a few seconds. I landed back at the pier, and the circle was gone. No chance of getting into the city.
PlayStation 5 Solution
Delete your skate file from the console and cloud storage and then restart the game. I just tested it and it worked. I landed right in the city. Hope this helps you so you can finally enjoy the game :)

Its been days and I'm still stuck on the pier
I have this same issue and there isn't any fix you can do at all it's just a waiting game at this point you'd think they woulda tested something like this themselves but nope I guess not I just wanna skate as the grim reaper or a piece of meat
Seems to be an issue on all platforms and launchers I have all mine linked up so this isn't a one platfrom issue which sucks cause if it was we would be able to go onto a different launcher or platform to fix it
