SUMR Fast Travels Locked

None of the fast travels show up on my map but I can see them if I walk up to where they are.
Ive completed everything on the island and restarted my game multiple times so I believe this is a bug.
I hold Y on the fast travel it does the normal animation for the spinning circle then does nothing.

    I don't believe this is a bug. The fast travel points are probably locked until later parts of the Have You Seen Him? mission chain are released.

    Cannot unlock or access fast travel points in the sumr camp map. Have restarted game multiple times
