Tix's bugged

I can't gain anymore tix's by doing tasks in challenges they just don't add to total amount I only realised after doing a good half dozen missions.so I've missed thousands of uncredited points , Stuck on 10,280 same goes for my rip score stuck on 3465 , I'd like to continue playing but pointless if I don't gain the rewards
