I am stuck on the fourth step, i have completed it but its saying listen to lizzy she says her lines and then it doesn't carry with the next mission

Yeah im on xbox stuck on 4/4 step for transition skating 101 and restarted about 50 times, deleted reserve space, uninstall/reinstalled, stopped for hours and came back. I just want to level up lol everything else game-wise (free skate) has been fun. EA please fix.
