Tour 2: Bag of Tricks - Held Tricks AR

I am stuck in step 5/7 in Tour 2: Bag of Tricks Character Building Mission where I am on the ramp at the SVLocs Hangout, and when I start the AR program, everything is fine. I complete the first part of the AR and it tells me to go to session marker. This is what I do. When I reset to my session marker, it asks me again to reset to session marker. I do it again and it says completed but I can't move onto the next step. I'm stuck on this part of the mission. I have tried leaving the AR, leaving the mission, and closing the game entirely. It's extremely frustrating as I can't progress to any other missions without completing this one.
