Tour 3: Express Yourself - The Gift of Grab PC Bug

I started the Slappy mission “The Gift of Grab” and had to quit the game during the mission. After rebooting the game and getting back into the mission, the tricks and score I had gotten before the reboot stayed but the progress bars will not move when completing the tasks since reboot. Grab score, one foot grabs and no foot grabs are not registering and I cannot complete the mission. There also appear to be an unreachable mission waypoint in game during this mission but it does not appear on the actual map in the pause menu.
