Transition skating broken

Some ramps will not give you speed (or hardly any) when pumping, some give you way too much.

When dropping in from an axle grind, instead of a smooth roll in, it's a sharp 90 degree turn and 9 times out of 10 the trucks hang up and you bail.

when doing a tail stall/slide on a ramp, your character pops off like you're skating a ledge, rather than just dropping into the ramp.
