Ultra wide monitor

Recently, I got an ultra-wide monitor to play Skate. Now, before I did so, I had no problem whatsoever. Booting up the game, and it worked the first time, even though I did notice stuttering. After I quit and tried to play again later, I was spammed with multiple crashes. I tried switching from 4K ultra-wide to 1920x1080p to see if that would help, but it crashed again. When I booted it up a second time, it worked. Then I went into my PC settings to switch to 4K ultra-wide; it worked, I was lucky. For some, it doesn’t. It did, but the game itself was still running in 1920x1080p. Graphics-wise, you can't even tell it's in 4K, even though it is. Please fix this. Thank you.
