Unable to move player / stuck in place

Progession stuck at the clothing / skate shop, game loads in and asks me to go to the shop. I cannot move my character at all, no walking, running, jumping, emoting etc. Ive even placed objects infront of my character, no climbing either. Ive pushed my character off the nerby ledge, still cant move. character stuck in place / can not move. Tried uninstalling & deleting saved data, game drops me in the same spot, same result. Pretty frustrating.
