Unable to progress in missions

I have a similar issue except I finished your two was ready to proc tour 3but all my progress got reset and now when I complete challenges they aren’t being recorded, so I’m stuck in a soft lock as tour 3 express yourself won’t proc

I’ve been grinding g missions for the last 8 hours or so give or take, before the softlock my progress showed 239, but after a bug, it reset to zero, and every challenge I’ve completed hasn’t raised the progress from zero, I haven’t kept track of missions but I believe it’s been upwards up 15-20
