(UPDATE: EA Help Response) SVB Spent Unintentionally Bug

Hi,

A little while ago, I made a post to the forum discussing a bug in which San Van Bucks were spent on an item in a collection in the shop completely in the background. I was in an entirely separate menu at the time (the skate.Pass) and while trying to purchase an item for Tix, the Creature Logo Board Art was purchased instead for 300 SVB. I'm making another post to add a few things.

Firstly, I was remotivated to get this issue resolved as a relatively recent gift was given to all users (I assume) for 500 SVB and some Tix. That put my total at 700 SVB, 300 shy of being able to afford skate.Premium. Put simply, had this bug not happened, I would be able to obtain the premium items this season. Now, however, my 12,000+ Tix are seemingly going to go to waste.

Secondly, EA Help is of no help. I've attached a screenshot of an email I received after days of waiting, and hours of waiting to speak to an advisor in live chat. The email also seems to consist of a few errors (?) Not sure why it wasn't run through some sort of grammar checker first at the very least. Very unprofessional...

Lastly, what else can we do about this? I know that others have had similar issues, some making their own posts and others replying under mine. I like this game a lot, and I really want to love it. I have a week's worth of playtime, I play this game religiously. But man, this sucks. I might just quit until the Brickswich release (whenever that is). I don't know, is there some way to contact the devs? Maybe start something on Twitter to get their attention? (I don't even have an account, but I'd make one) The legality of this is questionable considering that you can purchase SVB with real money.

Seriously, any advice would mean a lot.

I've already added a comment with my information. At this point, the devs have no excuse. Will keep an eye on this. Will update when SVB are refunded or I am otherwise contacted.
