When wanting to run solo challenges it'll say waiting for players despite pressing 'start solo' it'll stay on the screen and you are unable to cancel or press any buttons. The only solution is to close down the game completely.

Seems to happen more frequently if you try to quickly skip past the dialog at the start... If you wait a few seconds before trying to skip the dialog, you can usually avoid this bug...
Also... If you DO end up getting stuck with the "waiting for players"... You don't necessarily have to restart the game... It WILL timeout after a minute or so...
Sometimes challenges start with a 1min wait time of "Waiting for players" even though I'm playing solo. It seems to happen at random, and fairly often.
I'm having this same issue but for me it is EVERY SINGLE mission every time without fail. Doesn't matter what type of mission either... Even happens on forced solo Story missions (Purple flag Missions)
It happens when you skip the challenge cutscene too early and not all players (including you) have been teleported to the challenge start point yet. Just wait like 2 seconds before skipping the cutscene.

It happened to me at least twice, and I was waiting for a third time to create a topic about it! 😄Good job figuring that out. I was about ready to walk away from this game for a while over that. Blows my mind that not a single tester of this game was the impatient type...
Hey, I found that waiting a minute usually finishes up the length of the cutscene that you skipped, hopefully they fix this bug soon! Hope this helps :)
Same issue here, however it has been going away if I wait about a minute or two.
This is happening to almost every other mission. i cant do anything to fix it besides restart the game.
Yeah. seems to trigger when skipping cinematics and NPC yap, this is a bit of a constant issue, hopefully they do something about it soon.
