Wheels sink into the ground when skating

I found an area in Market Mile where if you roll over a specific spot your wheels sink into the ground. I have been able to trigger this multiple times even with restarting the game. I have attached a video of me encountering the bug, as well as a screenshot of where the spot is located on the map.

I would also like to point out that the specific spot where this behavior takes place would only trigger when traveling in one specific direction. For example, if you're traveling on a side walk, the wheels would only sink when going from south to north. There is also a bit of sinking when traveling from north to south but the wheels aren't completely submerged into the ground. When approaching from any other cardinal direction, the wheels would not sink.

Also, once your wheels have sank, they will continue to be sunk into the ground until you "pop" out, or when the y-axis value of the skateboard has changed.
