Brought the tix in the store with 500 hundred van bucks and it gave me the dickies shirt bc it lagged even though it said 1400 tixs after I selected has happened twice now did it with the stupid skate o ween shoes as well

Currently the store/season pass menu is bugged and they are investigating it. Go through the forums, you should find a post regarding it. They are going to check it case by case so you can put your info and perhaps they will refund you.
