ZexyZek challenges isn't giving me rewards after completing all the challenges

I completed all the ZexyZek challenges and I went to claim all rewards and it softlocked my game and after I restarted my game and logged back on it still won't let me claim all the rewards from the recent ZexyZek challenges in Skate
