A starter pack (10TH ANNIVERSARY CHARACTER LIGHTSPEED) for new players was announced the anniversary. I created a new account, but since the announcement I haven’t seen any information about it, nor has the pack appeared for me. Not in Webstore, not on PC and not on mobile.
So, does anyone know if this is a bug — or has someone actually received the pack already?
Someone posted a similar question and it was wrongly turned from new to fixed when it has not been fixed.
Yeah, i also tested it again on a new Account, reached lvl. 10 and there was NO Pop-Up.
Since they haven’t responded about this yet, I assume they are deliberately ignoring it and trying not to address the issue. It’s a shame, because this means a previously announced package for new players is simply being left out. It would have been a great starting point for newcomers if the pack had been available. Hopefully they will consider making it accessible to all new players again, which is what I would like to see. Otherwise, it will be increasingly difficult to attract new people in the long run.
