Started a new account yesterday, currently at level 39 and still didn't receive the free 10th Anniversary Lightspeed Bundle with a bunch of 5 star characters for new players.

Same issue for me, started a new account 3 days ago and got to lv 45 already. No “character lightspeed bundle” with the lv 10 characters and I’m sure I did not miss any pop-up. From other posts, it seems the whole thing is bugged.
