Did not receive the 10th anniversary character pack on new account .
another post suggested, its a pop up when reaching lvl 10. I created a new account again to test this. It never showed up. I can not find any one who has seen or been able to claim this pack.
So is this bugged will it show up after lvl 10 if it was missed ?
