My guild mates and 1 youtuber have made references to a 50 crystal pack that pops up every day that gives 250 random energy. Ive never got that. I get about 5 others but not that. Why?

There clearly arent any. Its a bug and he just decided to fob us off with a lie
2 accounts 4+kk and 10+kk. iOS both. appleID from same country. EA Connect both. same WiFi connection (one IP). 1 acc can see this popUP regularly the other haven't seen at all. what the "requirements for the offer" do you meen? where we can see them?
