Is it possible to get a real answer regarding the fact that I haven't been able to log into the game on PC for nearly two months? The loading process consistently gets stuck at 80% and goes no further. I’d like something other than links to so-called solutions—I’ve already tried them all countless times, and none of them work. Basically, will I ever be able to log into the game on PC again, or is that never going to happen?

You can try the following:
1. Repair SWGoH from the EA App library screen.
2. Uninstall SWGoH and reinstall.
3. Uninstall EA App and reinstall.
4. If none of the steps above fix your issue, generate an Error Report using the steps mentioned here: https://help.ea.com/en/articles/technical-issues/ea-app-error-reporter/ and then come back to us with the Report ID.
