No Era Pass
I purchased the Episode pass through the webstore at 7:27pm EST on 2/10/26 and still have not received it in game. I received the email from EA with confirmation of my order. As well as an email from Paypal which I used to purchase it and my bank account showing the payment as processed. What steps do I need to take to correct this issue? It has been almost 48 hours since the purchase and still has not shown up. I signed in on my phone and tried to "restore purchases" multiple times but it still has not shown up. EA_Gunner guild mates have told me you are who I should reach out to. I apologize if that is incorrect. I can share whatever is needed as proof. My Ally Code is 293-929-986. Thank you for your time.
GAC, frozen fight, wont progress
just doing a fight in GAC, my Wampa Vs opponents Piett, Royal Guard and Tie Pilot. My wampa killed guard and tie pilot then everyone left in the fight stopped gaining speedbar and i had to sit looking at it for 4 minutes, obviously lost a fight i'd win there so, thanks for that. after the fight i submitted it, figured Pieett alone is easier to clean up and it pushed me back to main menu with a message saying GAC timedout (didnt grab a SS sorry) when i go back into the GAC the fight is counted as lost, team untouched though dispite me submitting the fight PC client
Era Pass
When attempting to purchase the era pass, the screen will load but not continue with the purchase. I have tried over the two days and am now severely behind on colosseum battles resulting in me not having a 4 star Kleya. This also means I cannot participate in tier 3 of the marquee event, losing me 15 Kleya shards in addition to the 20 I cannot gain. Please fix this issue and either refund the purchase or give the rewards as intended. ThanksCrash upon accessing Coliseum Leaderboard

I did not recieve yesterday's (AT-ST) daily coliseum rank rewards. I've been ranked top 30 every day. Usually when i check the Rewards or Leaderboard structure I receive my payout for the previous day. Judging by the fact that 4 days have passed I should've have over 2k currency.
