Customer services won't be able to assist you with a right to be deleted restoration due to legal regulations.
I apologize, I am just reaching out again as I haven't heard anything as far as updates, and with the new content coming out next week, I very much want to be able to utilize the webstore for my account as I plan on spending money on your game. Please let me know what's going on, thank you.

I would also like to inquire. I've spent money on the in game store on my account, but I would have much preferred to utilize the Webstore for the Kessel Run rewards, but because of the system errors I have been unable to do so. Is there any chance I can be compensated with some of those rewards or something for the money I spent, since this issue is not the fault of me as a player, but seems to be a system issue
