the last 2 rounds i have played in GAC, my opponents Ahsoka uses ultimate and then all the buttons disappear. This is costing me points and battles. this was happening in TB but now its random as it can happen in Either TB or GAC it seems

my ally code 232-888-765. This occurred again this morning around 6:45 am on 5/5/25. The first time it occurred was on 5/1 around the same time in the morning.
and GLAT ultimate strikes again......... this is horrific

Troubleshooting EA mobile games:
this is happening while using the PC gaming mode. I has occurred again today in TB while i was using GLAT on Kashyyk. i had the battle on Auto and she went into ultimate and buttons are gone and game stops
happened again this morning at 7:50 am.
not sure if this helps but this was in TW. GLAT went into ultimate and the game went shaky slow. then i got a turn for SLKR used his ultimate and buttons were gone
this always happens using the PC game app
