All equipped mods disappeared after linking EA

About 1 month ago I connected my EA account to my swgoh account. Shortly After whenever I tried to do anything with equipped mods, upgrade remove or calibrate them my game would crash. I contacted EA support and then all my equipped mods disappeared. I have been running in circles with ea help for weeks and they haven't helped in any way. My ally code is 459-513-339. Please help bring back my equipped mods.
