Ashoka Tano (Fulcrum) Perseverance

Ashoka Tano (Fulcrum) has a problem with her passive. The passive causes damages from undispelable debuffs. There are two ways to get the bug. One way is inflict plague on Fulcrum and she will take damage every turn that she has plague. The other is with exile. I was playing in conquest and trying to use Fulcrum with GLAT for the unaligned force user feat but Fulcrum keeps losing health from the passive. Fulcrum had exile and then was inflicted with speed down. Every turn the passive tried to remove speed down but failed to remove it. Each time the passive failed to remove speed down it would still take 10 percent of Fulcrum’s health. The 15,000 damage pictured below is from her passive.
