The free shard bundle for brutus not appearing
Hi, I got the promo for the brutus free shard pack but because I was in a hurry I clicked x on it. When I realised I went onto the in game store - Nothing, Logged on my PC Store - Nothing. Logged onto the Webstore - also Mothing. I've reloaded my game at least 7 times tryna get the promo back but I'm not getting any promos now. Is there any way to fix this? Omicron Grand Inquisitor and friends are not able to ignore HandMaiden Decoy's taunt when fighting Queen Amidala in Territory Wars. I reported this before and my thread was closed and marked as resolved but the bug still persists. Omi GI lead says they can ignore taunt if enemy has 6 stacks of purge. That sh*t cost me my actual gac match. I fought against her with SEE/Bane. After having reached her ultimate, all buttons disappeared and I wasn't able to do anything. ANYTHING AT ALL. The timer went down to zero. I lost. The whole gac match is gone because of that nonsense. Allycode: 119-435-828
Eighth Brother not inflicting Accuracy Down
I have been trying to get the feat in Conquest. I used to get accuracy down on every opponent when using Photon Grenade. Now it is not working and will not happen even one time. This is preventing me from gaining accuracy down as it does not count the attempt or number of attempts when throwing the grenade. His other debuffs are applying when throwing the grenade. Blind and burning still works for some reason. If I didn't know better I would have to assume CG broke his ability on purpose for this Conquest. Even though it worked before. Only 7th sister is working to inflict accuracy down when she hits someone with 3+ stacks.Lost Shards
In the past month, I have gotten two characters to 7 stars and relic gear level 5. This past week, these two characters went back to 6 stars but it still shows them as relic gear level 5. Padawan Sabine Wren went back to 39 out of 100 shards. Super frustrating that I have to farm these characters again.Imperial Super Commando Bugged
This made me lose one GAC battle, hence an entire field. When the Imperial Super Commando attacks, either from his turn or out of his turn (assist, counter-attack), it looks like it's dancing some kind of parkour. I tried pausing the game, changing Auto ON/OFF, and speed, but nothing seemed to work.
