ATST does not take turn and battle will not progress

After all of my area units take their turns and deal damage to the atst, the atst does not take its turn, there are no buttons to attack, and the music keeps rolling in the battle does not progress, I'm unable to score any higher than the four characters attacks or beat the event due to this issue
