In the screenshot, it's the start of the LV's first turn. His Unique applies 2 DoTs to everyone, which should deal 20% Max HP damage. Instead, everyone takes 40% Max HP damage, as if the effect were applied four times.

This appears to be working as intended, check out crzydroid's comment.
Is it maybe from Dramatic Entrance? He deals two instances of 10% because of the datacron, then that triggers Dramatic Entrance for each one, which is also 10%.
