I’ve noticed this as well. It happens in all game modes. The buff dispel should be removing the foresight and the mark should land after that. It removes all buffs including foresight so the ability should land the debuff after that. It’s not a damaging attack it should not be dodged. It was glossed over during the BB cron set because the team could just ignore taunt to hit the target again but it is actually very core to the teams function now that the crons are gone and this ability isn’t functioning as it should be
