Again still or whatever word you want to use. This journey is severely broken. You can meet all requirements and get no where in tier 1. the rest remain as mystery. After seeing several other reports just changed to fixed with claims it works as designed. Yet if it did would there really be this much push back on the matter?

Videos don’t work. Requirements have been met as I have kellerin beq at relic 8 and still get one maybe two down. Still broken but won’t be fixed so count that as a lose of a journey anf character
It's very doable at r7. Watch Bit Dynasty's guides and make sure you have the right mods and strategy. Of course you may need a few restarts for rng.
