Bought Finalizer package, received crystals but no shards for the ships

Hi! I bought all the packages on 10-15 and got everything in my game innox EXCEPT the shards to the Finalizer Lightspeed 2…I reported the issue in the game after 24 hours had passed and confirmed my credit card got charged for the purchase. 

i went in game to submit a ticket and was told an advisor would get back to me. When i checked the status in my EA account today it says I don’t have a ticket open.

can you please look into this for me and send me my ship shards for the Finalizer Lightspeed?? Really appreciate it! Ive attached my receipt.
