Can’t progress fleet training

What happens if he tries to complete the Home One Fleet Mastery Event? 

Shared this with studio for clarification. Additional blueprints for Home One, Endurance and Executrix are available in the shard shop shipments, but it still looks incorrect to me. 

I can’t complete anything meaningful with fleets - Home One fleet mastery isn’t remotely accessible as I have 1 star capital ships and no way to change that because of the training lockout. I can’t even access the fleet challenges to let me level up my capital ships. I’m also locked out of scavenger despite having 20+ relic level units. Something is definitely wrong, and standard troubleshooting isn’t solving anything, there likely needs to be action on your end.

Google of others with similar issues on these forums seems to suggest it may have been some sort of interruption in the tutorial and there’s a switch you can flip behind the scenes to unlock this? Please do, because being shut out of notable portions of the game is super frustrating. Thanks. 

I’m also having the journey guide lockout issue that many others are to be having where the battle button doesn’t do anything, but this is pretty clearly a separate issue.
