Certain packs are not available when having a 7 star R5-D4. Most notably the pack with 100 shards for R5-D4 and the pack that comes available for free after buying Episode Pass+.
It's important that these packs stay available even with a maxed R5-D4 because they also contain "Loaned Unit Era Level Increase" tokens.
