Clone Sergeant- Phase 1 missing Crew Member tag

Clone Sergeant- Phase 1 is a pilot for the ship Clone Sergeant's ARC-170. The character doesn't show up when searching for crew members as it is missing the tag "Crew Member".

FIX: add the crew member tag to this character

    When you select Collection and filter by "Crew Member", you will find Clone Sergeant - Phase I as one of the characters listed.
