coliseum - 2 different bugs

get button of daily reward does not work... if it is the only reward to be received. As soon as an additional reward appears, the get button cashes both. Era characters are not improved without reward cleared
The left banner on the Colosseum page has been frozen for 2 days at "level 6 reward" crate 100% unreached. I am at level 8 and receive the usual rewards from the correct level
